Les Tarifs pour notre groupe

Un tarif a été accordé pour les stagiaires de notre évènement sur tous les types d'appartements, du Mardi 6 Mai au Mardi 13 Mai inclus, pour un séjour minimum de 2 nuits et maximum de 5 nuits couvrant le weekend du Festival. Les tarifs des hébergements sont dégressifs en fonction du nombre de nuits que vous prenez. Les prix ci-dessous s'entendent pour un logement utilisé à sa capacité totale : il est possible de réserver un logement sans le remplir, auquel cas vous devrez vous fier au tarif du logement entier comme référentiel tarifaire par nuitée.

A Special Discount was given for our attendees on all types of apartments, from Tuesday, May 6th to Tuesday May 13th included, for a 2-nights stay minimum and up to 5 nights maximum, including the event weekend. Housing prices decrease based on how many nights are booked. The prices below are meant for an apartment used in full capacity : it is possible to book an apartment without filling it up, in which case you would have to refer to the price per night for the Full Apartment as a price reference.

Environ 57m² - 2 chambres + séjour avec banquette gigogne (2 x 80cm) + 2 Salles de bain + 2 Cuisines (frigo, micro-onde, cafetière, bouilloire...) avec climatisation et terrasse ou balcon - Studio 2 pers + 2 pièces 4 pers communicants. Note : les portes communicantes entre les 2 appartements fusionnés doivent rester ouvertes constamment mais les chambres disposent de leurs propres portes pour l'intimité.

Studio 2 people + 2 rooms 4 people Apartments connected together. Note : the connecting doors must remain opened at all time, but each bedroom has their own private doors for privacy.

Une caution entre 100€ et 300€ par personne pourra vous être demandée sur place lors de votre arrivée, qui sera détruite ou annulée sous 10 jours après votre départ.
Les tarifs incluent : Taxe de Séjour, Éco Participation, Linge de Lit (qui seront faits à l’arrivée), Linge de Toilette, et le Ménage au départ (sauf cuisine : la vaisselle devra être faite par les occupants au départ, les poubelles vidées dans les containers près du portail d'entrée de la résidence, le frigo vidé et remis à 0 et l'appartement rendu dans un état correct)
Les tarifs n’incluent pas : Changement de serviette/literie ou ménage PENDANT le séjour, éponge/torchons/liquide vaisselle/dose lave-vaisselle => ces options sont disponibles en supplément OU une laverie et un magasin de proximité sont disponible à côté de l’hôtel pour vos achats.

Important: les hébergements sont vendus «sous réserve de disponibilité» Les stagiaires recevront la confirmation de leur réservation après vérification de la disponibilité de celui-ci auprès de l’hôtel.

A deposit ranging from 100€ to 300€ per person might be asked at the front desk upon arrival, and will be released under 10 days after your check-out.
The prices include : Tourist Tax, Eco Participation, Bed Linens (beds will be made when your arrive), Towels, and Cleaning after check-out but not during the stay (for the kitchen, the dish will have to be done by the occupants prior to check-out, the trash emptied in the dumpster by the Entrance Gate of the Complex, the fridge emptied with the temperature brought back to 0, and the apartment given back in a correct state)
The prices do not include : Change of Towels, Linens or House Service DURING your stay, sponge/dish towel/dish soap/dishwasher product => these options are available as Extras OR a Laundry Service and a Convenience Store are available near the hotel for your errands.

Important: The apartments are sold upon request and availability. The attendees will receive a confirmation of their booking after verification of the availability by the Hotel.

Inscription & Réservation / Registration & Booking

Procédure de réservation

1. Lors de votre inscription, vous pourrez choisir si vous souhaitez réserver un hébergement. Notre stock d'Appartements est limité et a été complet les 2 années précédentes : nous vous recommandons de ne pas attendre pour réserver votre logement.

2. Une fois vos Pass et options sélectionnés, vous serez dirigés vers la section Hébergement afin de choisir si vous êtes le Responsable d'une nouvelle réservation de logement ou si vous rejoignez un logement déjà réservé.

3. Si vous êtes le Responsable, choisissez vos options. Si vous rejoignez un logement déjà réservé, vous n'aurez qu'à mentioner le nom du réservant.

4. Le Responsable du logement paye la totalité de l’hébergement du séjour entier en même temps que son Pass et nous fournit les noms de ses colocataires lors de son inscription. Vous avez la possibilité de payer votre Hébergement + Pass en 2x ou 3x sans frais à partir de 150€ de montant total. (1er paiement dû immédiatement lors de l'inscription et les 2 suivants à 1 mois puis 2 mois d'intervalle)

Booking procedure
1. When you sign up for the event, you will be able to choose if you want to book accommodation. Our Room Block is limited and has sold out for the past 2 years : we recommend that you do not wait to book your accommodation.

2. Once your Passes and options have been selected, you will be directed to the Accommodation section to choose whether you are Responsible for a new apartment booking or if you are joining a pre-booked accommodation.

3. If you are the Person in charge, choose your options. If you are joining an accommodation that has already been booked, you will only need to mention the name of the person reserving.

4. The Accommodation Manager pays the entire accommodation for the entire stay at the same time as their Pass and provides us with the names of their roommates when registering. You have the possibility to pay for your Accommodation + Pass in 2x or 3x starting from 150€ total amount. (1st payment due immediately upon registration and the next 2 at 1 month then 2 months interval)
